Rules and Restrictions:
By purchasing the Dumpster Rentals service you agree to the full rules and regulations stated below. You must call 1-877-JUNK-101 (1-877-586-5101) directly to cancel or change your service. No refunds will be given for early pick-up of a container.

Waste Material:
Customer represents and warrants that the materials placed in the equipment shall be "waste material" as defined herein and shall contain no other substances. The term "waste material" as used in these Terms & Conditions shall mean solid waste generated by Customer excluding radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic or hazardous material. The term "hazardous material" shall include, but not be limited to, any amount of waste listed or characterized as hazardous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or any state agency pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended or applicable by law. Title to and liability for any waste excluded above shall remain with Customer and Customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Contractor from and against any and all damages, penalties, fines and liabilities resulting from or arising out of such waste excluded above. Other prohibited items include, and are not limited to, liquids, solvents, chemicals, freon, batteries, paint cans (unless dry), biohazards, medical waste, propane tanks, asbestos, lead painted materials, dirt, equipment containing gas or oil, bricks or stones, household garbage. Restrictions and fees may apply to appliances, furniture, refrigerators, freezers, box springs, mattresses, air conditioners, tires, televisions, monitors and computers. Please inquire with specific questions.

Charges and Capacity:
Maximum tonnage included in the package is listed under Max tons in order description section of your order confirmation. Any excess in tonnage is charged at fees listed or stated. Tonnage is rounded up to full ton. Be it known that the weight of the delivery truck and empty/full equipment is substantial. Any additional charges for excess tonnage and/or prohibited or restricted materials may result in additional fees and will be automatically made to your credit or debit card. In the event additional charges are incurred, such charges may appear on a subsequent bank or credit card statement from the original charge.

Equipment Care:
The equipment delivered to the customer is the property of the contractor and therefore the customer will take reasonable care of it. Any damage, movement, loss, etc. will be charged to the customer. All claims arising out of improper use or allowed access by the customer will be their sole responsibility for damages, injuries, wrongful death, suits, penalties and fines that arise. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is secure until it is picked-up by the vendor. Leaving a site unattended does not excuse liability or charges for contamination or overages.

Cancellations:
Cancellations or changes made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date are subject to a $20.00 penalty. Cancellations made on the scheduled delivery date will be subject to a $120 cancellation fee.

Attempted Deliveries And/Or Pick Ups
Delivery and/or removal of the dumpster is at the discretion of the hauler and is based on safety and accessibility. If a hauler is unable to make a delivery and/or removal due to safety and/or lack of accessibility, customer will be charged a $100 attempted delivery/removal charge per occurrence and a $20 cancellation fee per occurrence.

Driveways and Parking Areas:
Customer warrants that any access / location provided for Contractor's equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to any pavement or accompanying sub-surface or any route reasonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted. In addition, Contractor shall not be responsible for damages to pavement, utilities, property, lawns, fences, shrubbery or other like exterior items.

Refunds:
All refund requests must occur within 30-days of service completion. Any refunds issued will be at the sole discretion of Mr. Junk Inc.

Reasonable Control:
Mr. Junk Inc. and its contractors warrant that they will make every effort to deliver and pick-up as directed under contract. They are not liable for forces of nature, strikes, laws, inhibited access, etc. that are beyond their control.
